The story
Photography
is a system.
Paul Hands has been working as a professional photographer and filmmaker for over 14 years, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Across that time he has photographed weddings, commercial projects, documentaries, events, and conferences — and taught over a hundred students how to think photographically.
PHARTED exists because the way photography is typically taught doesn't work. Tutorials chase individual settings in isolation. Camera manuals describe features without explaining intent.
The PHARTED Method is the result of years of identifying what actually produces immediate, lasting improvement — and reducing it to five steps that anyone can follow, in the right order, without confusion.
